Cleanroom Airshower
Airshower acts as an entry barrier containment towards a "cleaner" zone.
They are used for removing particles on the garments of the operators before entering.
These cleaner zones are such as industries like cleanrooms, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, food processing, and biotechnology.
After gowning up with the appropriate garments, the operator is ready to step into the Airshower.
The doors are interlocked with each other, so after the operator steps into the Airshower and closes the entry door the exit door will be locked.
This is to prevent the operator from bypassing the Airshower Operator. Using a high-speed fan and producing high-velocity air of 25/sec from the nozzles, particles on the operator will be blown off.
The Airshower time can be adjusted from 10s, 15s and 20s. After the Airshower cycle is completed, the exit door will be unlocked and the operator will be ready to exit.
